From his ten years as a baker, crafting delightful breads and pastries, to his transition into cheffing around 2016, he has honed his skills across the hotel industry. Most recently, he served as a sous-chef in a Michelin-starred kitchen within the wedding industry, mastering the art of creating unforgettable dining experiences.
