Our story

"Our humble beginnings began with a second-hand burger van we used to drag around Dumfries and Galloway back in early 2023. It was hard graft. But we were able to build a good customer base which led us onto opening a burger takeaway place in Gretna, called Grays. Demand was incredibly high and the kitchen was intense. We did enjoy it but with my culinary background, I wanted to focus more on better quality foods served in a warmer, more welcoming and slower-paced environment"

Our history

"My wife and I managed to get our hands on this space in Eastriggs and we've transform it into our vision; A great place to eat during the day, whether it be casual dining in or taking away. Everything is homemade and made with real love and passion. This is where we will be based now for the foreseeable future. We hope you all enjoy visiting us as much as we enjoy cooking for you"

"We are so incredibly proud of where we have come from, verus where we have worked our way towards now. We pride ourselves in doing our absolute best for our customers. Nothing is too tricky for our Liam to cook. We can't wait to see where this next, and hopefully long, chapter takes us"
